New experimental release of NLog

Hi!

I've put together a new, quite experimental release of NLog. As there's a
large number of changes (some breaking ones!), I
encourage everyone to give it some serious testing.

Get the bits from here:

http://www.nlog-project.org/snapshots/

Highlights:

1. Completely rewritten File target (should be much faster by default thanks
to the optimize multi-process file append routine I've developed)

2. File target supports EXPERIMENTAL archiving (a.k.a. rolling file appender
from log4net world). There are some preliminary docs. Here's the required
piece of magic:

            <target name="f" type="File"
                filename="${basedir}/file.${level}.txt"
                archiveAboveSize="20000"
                archiveFileName="${basedir}/archives/${level}.{########}.txt"
                maxArchiveFiles="3"
                concurrentWrites="false"
                openFileCacheSize="5"
                />

Note that it should fully support layouts, so you can have a single target
that can write to multiple files, each with its own archiving (as shown
above). And it should be pretty fast thanks to the new "openFileCacheSize"
attribute.

3. Merged NLog.*.dll into NLog.dll and using attributres

4. Colored Win32 Console with customizable row and word/regular expression
highlighting

Full change log is here:

I'm leaving for the weekend, any feedback would be very welcome.

Jarek
